L&D went above and beyond to get my lift installed. The lift arrived with some defects and Damien, the shop owner, returned to fix these issues himself. He worked from 330pm to 1130pm and didn't ask a dime from me. He then came a third time because a part was missing--he replaced the part and adjusted the lift so that both sides would raise and lower in synchrony. He also made sure that the mechanical locks were audible on both sides. Again, 3 times he came out--the first time was for the initial install when we found that the non-powered lift carriage assembly was defective--he returned the second time to repair this defect and came again the third time to install the missing component and adjust the lift. I was only charged for our initial agreed upon price--he did not try to overcharge me for the additional trips. He said appropriately that those extra trips were caused by the manufacturer of the lift and I was not held responsible. That is integrity--something that is severely lacking in todays day and age. Thanks to Damien and the other guys that helped with the install. I highly recommend L&D to anyone seeking a lift installer.
